We do not accept any exchange or return of products unless a wrong/damaged piece has been shipped to the customer. 

Incase a customer receives a wrong/damaged product, an image of the wrong/damaged product should be sent by mail to the service team within 2 days (48hrs) from receiving the product. The item must be unused and should have the original packaging that the customer received it in along with the invoice or proof of purchase.

To return your product, the service team will provide you with the return shipping instructions at the time of accepting the return. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs from the time the order is placed. Beyond that cancellation is not accepted.
